Brea Johnson’s passion for connection and living her truth is contagious. Yoga teacher, travel lover, mother and business owner, Brea’s experiences have shown her that the “intersection between our work is that self-care is self-love.” Speaking with my guest this week gave me new found hope and inspiration for my own practice of Yoga and of simply (or not so simply) being human. Listen in to our conversation for insights on how to beat imposter syndrome -- that sense that you’re not qualified or enough -- as well as how to let both vulnerability and confidence be the co-pilots of your life.
